All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Included with all standard shipments

Free Shipping

  • Available for: Orders of $50 or more
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Available for most destinations

Shipping Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Rbx Active Wear Shop, we’re committed to your complete satisfaction with our premium activewear. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can return or exchange items if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in original condition with tags attached
  • Item hasn’t been worn, washed, or altered
  • Return is initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • You have the original packaging and receipt

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards and due to special pricing, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Men’s Underwear & Women’s Underwear – Final sale for hygiene reasons
  • Bundle and Save Items – Special pricing applies only to complete sets
  • Sets – Individual pieces from sets cannot be returned separately
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage from use, or improper care

Return & Exchange Process

1 Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Email Content Should Include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Order number and date
  • Product details (name, size, color, quantity)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)
  • Confirmation that the item is in original condition with tags

2 Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any additional instructions if needed

3 Ship Your Return

Package your item securely including:

  • The item in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging if possible
  • Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  • Return authorization number clearly visible on the package

Shipping Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Timeline

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Issuance: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately upon return processing if requested

Important: The original shipping fee is non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.

  • Exchange items must be in new condition with original tags
  • We’ll ship your exchange item once we receive and process your return
  • Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible regions

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we apologize for the error! Contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
